Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel ADA Title III Associate to join their Labor and Employment team in Washington, D.C. Counsel clients on compliance matters. Respond to DOJ and agency investigations. Collaborate with partners on groundbreaking cases. Requirements 4-6 years of experience with discrimination lawsuits. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills. Strong litigation experience in writing, analysis, and research. Admission to the Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
