The position is temporary Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. JOB SCOPE: The Assistant Covenants Manager is responsible for assisting the Covenants Manager with all aspects of the Association’s covenant enforcement (property inspections) and other committees as may be deemed necessary. This position requires a strong work ethic, high level of organization, positive customer service attitude and strong time management skills. This position interacts daily with residents and community volunteers, often in a position as a rule enforcer, which requires relationship skills, tact and a soft-handed approach to achieve desired results. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Become fully knowledgeable and conversant on the Association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) in the Association’s Declaration. Ability to

remain calm and effective

during difficult interactions with residents who may disagree with associations assessments. Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all inquiries, including educating residents on covenants requirements, rules and regulations, as well as the architectural review process, and responsibilities of various parties, as needed. Ensure escalation of covenant violations in a timely manner based on the Associations rules and regulations. Be familiar with the Association’s design standards, including knowledge of Florida landscaping, plants, building material, and design and architectural terminology. Have a good working knowledge of computer applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint. Become fully informed as to approved specifications for exterior finishes and approved landscape design and materials for all new construction projects as they go thru approval process and beyond to ensure compliance with the Association’s documents. Act as the central coordinator and record-keeper for all covenants related inquiries, including, but not limited to, violation notices and related processes, regular Committee meetings, meeting notices, meeting minutes, etc. Ensure completion (by on-site inspection) of all ARC approved projects within the agreed upon time and consistent with the agreed upon scope. Submit violations/non-compliance to the standard covenant’s enforcement process. Attend Covenants and ARC Committee Meetings as needed. Log, record and maintain all records related to CC&R and ARC activity, including records in the Association’s system. Requirements Requirements: High School Diploma Required. Strong organizational and communication skills Required. Customer Service Background preferred. Community Association background is a plus. Ability to be flexible when needed outside regular business hours (events, meetings)
