Responsibilities As a Member Services Representative, provide members with an unprecedented experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. Deliver excellent customer service and create “raving fans” by engaging with members and encouraging them to succeed on their fitness journey. Ensure the club is super clean, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness valued by members. Assist with member enrollment, welcome desk duties, greetings and farewells, tours (non-high-pressure), and other club responsibilities. Introduce new members to Black Card amenities and explain benefits to drive interest. Be a leader and be passionate about the role; foster a fun, engaging environment for members. Adhere to a varying schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Contribute to a positive team environment and support growth opportunities within the organization. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years old (birthdate confirmation required). Passion for helping others. Ability to meet physical demands: communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle potentially hazardous chemicals as applicable. On-time dependability and reliability, as members count on you. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
