Job Title: ServiceNow FSM SME / Architect (Consultant)

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months
We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow FSM SME / Architect to provide strategic consulting, solution architecture, and implementation leadership for ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM). The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to design scalable FSM solutions, define best practices, and guide end-to-end implementation.
Key Skills:

10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong expertise in FSM Solution Architecture & Consulting experience

ServiceNow FSM implementation and configuration

Integration with ITSM, CSM, Mobile, and CMDB

Business process analysis and solution design

Client-facing stakeholder management

Agile/Scrum methodology

ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications preferred

Preferred Experience:

Led multiple enterprise ServiceNow FSM implementations

Experience with dispatcher workspace, scheduling, work orders, and mobile field service solutions

Ability to provide architectural guidance and functional consulting throughout the project lifecycle
