Position Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that communicate the Evotrex brand across digital, print, environmental, and event-based marketing. As the company's primary Graphic Designer, you'll work across a wide variety of projects while helping establish design systems, templates, and brand standards that will support future company growth. This role extends beyond traditional graphic design. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, product development, and leadership while supporting product launches, trade shows, and company events. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity Help develop and maintain the Evotrex visual identity across all marketing channels Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems Ensure visual consistency across digital, print, and event materials Collaborate with leadership to continually refine the company's brand presence Marketing Design Design digital advertising and social media assets Create email marketing graphics and website assets Design brochures, catalogs, product sheets, presentations, and sales collateral Produce graphics supporting product launches and marketing campaigns Prepare artwork for both digital and print production Trade Shows & Environmental Graphics Design trade show booths and large-format displays Create banners, signage, promotional materials, and event graphics Produce product labels, decals, packaging, and supporting collateral Assist with preparing creative assets for customer events and product demonstrations Video & Motion Graphics Support Design titles, lower thirds, overlays, end cards, and other broadcast graphics Create motion graphic design assets for animation by the video production team Develop storyboards, diagrams, icons, UI elements, and supporting graphics for video productions AI & Emerging Technology Evotrex embraces AI as a tool to improve creativity and efficiency rather than replace it. This position is expected to leverage AI technologies throughout the creative process where appropriate. Examples include: Creative brainstorming and concept development Image generation Layout exploration Asset generation Design iteration Workflow automation Research and creative experimentation Trade Shows & Events Creative team members play an active role during company events and trade shows. Responsibilities include: Traveling to domestic and international events Assisting with booth setup and teardown Serving as a Product Expert by demonstrating products and answering customer questions Engaging prospective customers and helping generate leads and pre-orders Supporting the marketing team throughout event operations Required Qualifications Professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and print design Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a small team Willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Brand identity development Trade show and environmental graphics Large-format print production Motion graphics UI/UX design Product illustration Automotive industry RV, camping, or outdoor recreation Photography AI-assisted creative workflows Figma or other collaborative design platforms Fluency in Mandarin What to Expect Small, collaborative startup environment Opportunity to help build a new in-house creative department Significant influence over the Evotrex visual identity Fast-paced projects with changing priorities Hybrid office/remote schedule Frequent domestic travel for trade shows, customer events, and company initiatives International travel to Evotrex headquarters in China approximately once per quarter (typically lasting two to three weeks) Frequent weekend work during trade shows and customer events Cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments Opportunities to incorporate AI-assisted creative tools into daily workflows Why Join Evotrex?
