Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, StoreFront, published applications, and virtual desktops.
Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix Delivery Controllers, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, and License Servers.
Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Build and maintain Citrix Golden/Master Images.
Manage FSLogix, user profiles, Citrix policies, and application access.
Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, hotfixes, and maintenance.
Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
Provide production and major incident support, including on-call support when required.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Citrix Administration and VDI Support
Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
Experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and Studio
Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
Experience with FSLogix and Citrix user profiles
Hands-on experience with Citrix upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Knowledge of Windows 365 and VMware
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise VDI environments
