Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour shifts
• Variable shifts, including both days and nights (flexibility required)

What you'll bring:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as assigned
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Dedication to delivering exemplary patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub on surgical procedures in a busy OR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and interdisciplinary staff to promote patient safety and positive outcomes
• Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and contribute to infection prevention efforts
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and surgical instruments according to procedural needs
• Offer compassionate support and education to patients and their families pre- and post-operatively
• Document nursing actions and patient responses accurately
