Senior Software Engineering Manager, Credit Card

Salary: $195,000 - 300,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience with languages such as Java, C++, or Scala.
• 4+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a highly regulated, precision-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success building and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery methods and a strong commitment to code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience in crypto or fintech is preferred.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and crypto wallets is preferred.
