• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Analyze legal matters, provide client counsel, and support negotiations
• Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and clients to move cases efficiently
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Handle multiple litigation matters while meeting billing expectations

• Licensed attorney with active bar admission
• Strong background in insurance defense litigation
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
