Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a rapidly-growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities Manage key components of the month-end and year-end close process Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting Perform account and variance analysis and investigate discrepancies Support budgeting and forecasting activities Assist with internal and external audit requests Ensure compliance with GAAP and established internal controls Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes Partner with other departments on accounting and financial matters Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Solid month-end close and financial reporting experience ERP system experience preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity?
