Position: Care Partner (Full Time) Location: Kansas City, Missouri Starting Wage: $17.50 - $24.25 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday – 6:00am – 6:00pm Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:00am – 6:00pm Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Basic computer skills for printing documents and data entry. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs. Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery. Must have a criminal background check.
