We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be the welcoming face of our center and the organizational backbone of our sales team. If you thrive on keeping details accurate, greeting customers with a smile, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this is the role for you.

As our Sales Support Administrator, you will be the initial contact for customers walking into our FASTSIGNS Center and calling on the phone. Instead of cold-calling or closing complex deals, your mission is to support our existing sales team by handling screening calls, assisting walk-in customers, and accurately entering and processing order tickets. You will keep the front office organized so our sales team can focus on what they do best.

What You'll Do:

• Be the First Impression: Warmly greet and assist walk-in customers, directing them to the right solutions or team members.
  
  
• Manage the Flow: Screen and route inbound phone calls and emails efficiently.
  
  
• Process Orders: Accurately enter and process order tickets, work orders, and estimates to keep projects moving smoothly.
  
  
• Support the Team: Partner with the sales and production teams, participate in daily meetings, and help execute administrative plans to ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
