Physical Therapist (PT)
Passaic County, New Jersey | Home-Based Services | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay
Summit Home Health Care is hiring dedicated Physical Therapists to deliver home-based therapy to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD. We’re looking for PTs who want flexibility, autonomy, and measurable impact.

Requirements
· Active New Jersey PT license
· Active CPR Certification

Pay: $80 - 85 an hour
