Line Cook

Position Overview Line Cook – Hourly. Salary $15.65 to $18.86 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals (meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients). Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to keep guests worry‑free. Prepare free meals for each shift. Qualifications Must be 17 years or older. Ability to meet the schedule (filling hours needed). Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range $15.65 – $18.86. Referral bonus for bringing new members to the team. Employee Stock Purchase Program (eligible after one year of service, must have 20+ hours per week).
