Industrial HVAC Systems Sales Lead

We are seeking a Sales Lead Specialist for a well-established mechanical company in the Dayton, Ohio area. This role is focused on sales and business development for industrial HVAC systems and projects.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the industrial HVAC sector and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.Responsibilities• Generate new business within the industrial sector• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial facilities• Identify opportunities for industrial HVAC system sales and projects• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on project execution• Maintain and expand relationships with current clients• Manage a portfolio of industrial HVAC project opportunitiesRequirements• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial HVAC sales• Proven track record of selling mechanical systems or HVAC projects• Familiarity with industrial services providers or design-build contractors• Strong ability to create estimates, proposals, and quotes for projects• Experience in business development and client management• Knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, specifically Ammonia or CO₂, is a plus• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clientsNote: Candidates without sales experience in HVAC or mechanical systems will not be considered for this role.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary of $110,000 – $120,000• Performance-based bonuses• Company-provided vehicle for business use• Comprehensive health insurance benefits• 401(k) with employer matching• Paid time off and holidays• Life and disability insurance coverageLocationDayton, OhioServing industrial and manufacturing clients in the Southwest Ohio region
