Purple DriveLocation: San Antonio, TX, Jersey City, NJ/New York City, NY/Chicago, ILRole Summary: The Snowflake Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on Snowflake, leveraging Talend ETL and Python based automation. The role supports ARGO's enterprise data platform, enabling reliable ingestion, transformation, and consumption of insurance data across business domains.Key Responsibilities:Snowflake DevelopmentDesign and develop Snowflake schemas, tables, views, streams, and tasksOptimize Snowflake performance using clustering, warehouse sizing, query tuningManage Snowflake objects including databases, schemas, roles, users, and warehousesImplement RBAC based security and access controlsETL / Data Integration (Talend)Build and maintain Talend ETL pipelines for batch and near real time ingestionPerform data transformations, validations, and reconciliationHandle schema changes, error handling, and restartability in pipelinesSupport integration from multiple source systems (policy, claims, billing, finance)Python & AutomationDevelop Python scripts for: data ingestion and validation, Snowflake automation, monitoring and operational utilitiesUse Python for data processing, orchestration, and integration supportWork with SQL + Python for advanced analytics and troubleshootingRole Descriptions: Associate should have very good experience in Snowflake, insurance domain, and Python.Essential Skills: Associate should have very good experience in Snowflake, insurance domain, and Python.Desirable Skills: Digital: Python~Digital: Snowflake~Insurance Domain Experience Required: 8-10
