Senior Staff Accountant

We’re hiring a to support our U.S. and Canadian entities within a growing eco-friendly agricultural solutions company.

This is a high-visibility role that partners directly with the CFO and manages full-cycle accounting, including AR focus, AP collaboration, and GL maintenance, while supporting a disciplined month-end close across multiple entities. This is a h ybrid role in Southern Union County, NJ.

’ :

• Full-cycle accounting for U.S. & Canada (200+ weekly transactions)

• Manage Accounts Receivable

• Intercompany reconciliations across global subsidiaries

• Month-end close and reporting support

• Process improvements and internal controls

:

• 4+ years of accounting experience

• Strong AR/AP/GL and month-end expertise

• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Priority ERP preferred)

• High-volume transaction experience

• Experience in multi-entity or global environments
