Client: Private Equity Firm
Role: Vice President of Finance, Operating Partner
Salary: $275,000 - 350,000/annually (Salary + Bonus)
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for portfolio companies.
- Business Agility: Quickly understand and adapt to new business models and industries, providing strategic financial insights.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Value Creation: Lead initiatives that drive value creation across the portfolio, including performance improvement and strategic growth projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio company leadership teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in finance operations or financial consulting, preferably within private equity or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to learn new businesses quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in process development and ERP implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
