This pivotal role is focused on shaping the corporate narrative, building the necessary infrastructure, and collaborating with global leadership to enhance the organization's international presence. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor, responsible for developing and executing an integrated communications strategy that spans both corporate and product initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing a long-term corporate communications strategy, leading all external communications efforts, and ensuring the translation of complex scientific and clinical data into clear messaging for diverse stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing external agency partners, supporting executive visibility, and contributing to issues management and crisis communications planning. Applicants for the Head of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate communications within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries. The role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in high-growth environments, strong agency management capabilities, and expertise in both corporate reputation and product communications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in supporting or leading product launch communications, as well as fluency in Korean, is a plus.
