At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcome, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

What We're Looking For We are hiring for a permanent, long-term team member, not a seasonal role.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings:
Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through
Professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
A desire to grow into increased responsibility, including the potential to move into a Shift Lead role
A flexible schedule with a least 15+ hours of weekly availability
Holidays: We are extremely busy leading up to major holidays. Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high-volume weeks.
Weekend Availability is required.
Daytime and evening shifts available.
Available shift times:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM
