Requirements

• Dentrix
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Nebraska.
Software: Proficiency with dental office software, specifically Dentrix.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong grasp of dental/medical terminology, anatomy, and four-handed dentistry.
Patient Care: Experience in general dentistry; experience in pediatric dentistry is a significant advantage.
Communication: Ability to explain complex procedures to patients of all ages with a gentle and professional touch.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including monitoring vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
Imaging & Diagnostics: Assist with medical imaging (Radiology) and dental examinations.
Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instruction and treatment plan explanations.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR) via Dentrix in strict compliance with HIPAA.
Safety First: Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques and rigorous infection control protocols.
