Radiation Therapist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $40-$70/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $7500 with a 2-year commitment
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a Radiation Therapist (RTT) to join our growing Radiation Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTT or qualified new graduate looking for competitive compensation, a strong team environment, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately
- Perform patient positioning, imaging, verification, and treatment setup
- Assist with CT simulation as needed
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Monitor and support patients throughout treatment
- Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physics, Dosimetry, and the clinical team
- Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- ARRT (R)(T) certification required
- Current or eligible for required Nevada licensure
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Ethos and experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
The employment agreement will detail sign-on bonus eligibility, payment schedule, two-year commitment, and any repayment requirements.
