Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supervising a team of 10-25 employees. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining smooth warehouse processes, and driving continuous improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve safety, and enhance accuracy. The manager will regularly interact with vendors and utilize ERP-based inventory management systems to optimize workflows without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock accuracy using ERP-based systems
- Supervise and lead a team of 10-25 warehouse staff
- Coordinate logistics and vendor interactions to ensure timely shipments
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain safety and efficiency
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency with ERP-based inventory management systems
- Strong skills in logistics coordination and team leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills
