Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician Job Description Shift - 1st 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday Pay Rate - $24+/hr. Responsibilities Conduct grounds maintenance and general facility upkeep to maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and seasonal landscaping activities. Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance activities throughout the facility. Support HVAC maintenance and repair projects as needed. Assist with plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Perform basic lighting maintenance, including bulb and fixture replacement. Complete minor drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-up work. Repair and maintain facility fixtures and equipment. Assist with emergency door inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Support dock door maintenance and repairs as needed. Respond to facility maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in an organized and safe condition. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Complete assigned training and development activities to build skills for a future Maintenance Technician role. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greensboro, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K, Dental, Vision, Medical. and PTO Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro,NC.
