We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Learn about our company and services to help customers choose countertops
- Assist with quoting, and following up with customers on their quotes and material selections.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Major's Granite and Quartz is a countertop shop specializing in custom stone fabrication. We carry over 200 slabs of stone as well as an array of sinks to complete your project. We guide our customers through the selection process, and then expertly measure, cut, and and install the finished product.
