You're responsible for servicing and installing plumbing systems in commercial remodels and new builds. Every day brings something different as you work with your team and skillfully guide apprentices and helpers to ensure seamless, top-notch projects. You maintain accurate documentation throughout the job, measure progress, and take care of any issues to keep everything on track. No matter what you're doing, you make sure to comply with all client expectations and safety regulations.Requirements include:Washington PL01 licenseCommercial plumbing experienceWorking knowledge of industry hazards and safety precautionsAbility to work on prevailing wage jobsAbility to follow and apply the UPC in Washington and IdahoAbility to supervise and train apprenticesAbility to complete projects without direct supervisionAbility to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, crouch, and perform other physical responsibilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude, organizational skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressureOur ideal journeyman commercial plumber also has:Idaho journeyman license5+ years of experienceSince 2017, our family-owned and local company has been serving the Washington and Idaho area with the goal of providing top-notch service to every customer we assist.
