Island Pointe Apartments | Jacksonville, FL
Full-Time Position | Benefits Offered
Island Pointe Apartments is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Tour apartments with prospective residents and assist with the leasing process.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective residents and help generate new leases.
- Assist with rental applications, move-ins, and lease renewals.
- Update social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and assist with property marketing.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with general leasing office operations.
Qualifications
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
