Join Our Team as a Senior Associate Attorney at Wisniewski & Associates, LLC! Are you a licensed attorney in NY and NJ with 3-5 years of experience looking to join a dynamic litigation and real estate practice? Wisniewski & Associates, LLC is offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent research, writing, and communication skills to work independently and contribute to our team. New York admission is a plus! Daily Responsibilities: Meet with clients to review information and confer with managing members and associate attorneys. Research laws, statutes, and court opinions using resources like Westlaw. Develop legal strategies and prepare contracts, documents, and memoranda. Prepare matters by gathering documents, attending meetings, and developing arguments. Manage files, monitor schedules, and obtain necessary information.
