This role specializes in orthopedic procedures, including sports medicine, total joints, spine, podiatry, and hand surgeries. The nurse will work with a dedicated team in a professional and collaborative OR environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR - Operating Room

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Utilize and maintain OR equipment during procedures
• Document patient care and outcomes in a paper charting system
• Float to other centers within the division as needed

Requirements of the RN - OR - Operating Room

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 1-2 years of general OR experience
• 1-2 years of orthopedic spine experience
