When Soccer Shots first started, we dreamed of what we might be able to do... Since then, our dream has turned into an even better reality. Through Soccer Shots, we've impacted thousands of children in and around our communities.  We attribute much of our success to the dedicated and fun team we've put together.  We're passionate about what we do and are looking to add coaches to our team who feel the same -- coaches who are passionate about the idea of impacting the next generation through the game of soccer.

 
The ideal coach MUST meet the following criteria:

-      Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance,     communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
-       Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
-       Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old) and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best 30 minutes of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
-       Soccer: Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that would work.
-       Experience in working with children: Must be able to engage and interact with 2-8 year old’s, and have experience doing so. This is very important.

 
Job Details:

-     Training unique to our curriculum and approach for 2–8-year-old soccer instruction
-       Being the best 30-40 minutes of every child's week for 25-32 times per week for 4 seasons per year
-       Flexible to set a fixed schedule per season that adjusts to school, childcare, or other responsibilities outside of work.
-       Ongoing personal and professional development opportunities with our staff.

 
Each instructor starts out at $20/session, with opportunity to increase. The more availability you have, the more sessions you can run, the more money you can make. We are looking for coaches who are available 1-2 Weekday nights and Weekend mornings.
