Superior Services Commercial Roofing is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator earning $60K–$100K annually to serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales opportunities while managing the front end of the commercial sales funnel. This role focuses on answering calls, qualifying prospects, asking strategic questions, and scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives— not selling roofing systems or closing deals. The ideal candidate is a professional, organized, and confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people, asking the right questions, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation. Compensation Breakdown Hourly Rate: $18 - $24 Per Hour Commissions: Top earners can expect $10k to $25k of commission on average Annual Range: $60K - $100K Annually!
