JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Experience Product Manager leads the end-to-end client journey across digital channels to deliver seamless experiences that advance Vanguard Charitable’s mission and business goals. The role stewards the digital journey vision, partners with the CX working group, and enables delivery through product ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

• Lead digital journey strategy and delivery aligned to client needs and organizational goals. (25%)
• Drive UX-aligned continuous improvement; support testing, quality control, and monitoring for a stable experience. (20%)
• Own and prioritize the journey backlog; lead refinement and grooming. (15%)
• Translate vision into plans and deliverables with the Product Manager and stakeholders. (15%)
• Coordinate with CX, technology, design, and operations to deliver a consistent omnichannel experience. (15%)
• Advocate for clients using feedback, data, and journey analytics to measure outcomes and improve. (10%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Agile and human-centered design training preferred.
• Financial services/technology or other client-focused experience preferred.

Licensure & Certification

• Certifications (e.g., CSPO) a plus.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability

• CX/journey mapping and digital product delivery expertise.
• Agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritization; Jira/Trello preferred.
• Data-driven problem solving; measure outcomes and iterate improvements.

Experience

• 7+ years in digital product ownership/journey management (or similar).
• Cross-functional delivery experience; strong stakeholder communication and prioritization.
