Responsibilities include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobilityPromoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignityFollowing individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressureMaintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areasCommunicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care teamPerforming additional duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedActive CNA certification in good standing with the stateAbility to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN statusRecent CNA education or completed clinical hoursAbility to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructionsReliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident careCommitment to treating every resident with respect, dignity, and kindnessJoin Our TeamIf you're looking for an opportunity where your work truly matters, we'd love to have you on our team.
