Manage, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, escalating complex issues when required. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, user accounts, access rights, and IT equipment. Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 devices, including software installation and basic administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory. Support IT security and compliance activities, including access management, device compliance checks, vulnerability remediation, and security incident reporting. Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures while contributing to process improvements. Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors on projects, technology rollouts, equipment refreshes, and operational support activities. What Makes You a Great Fit Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a strong interest in IT and technology. Up to 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, internship, or a similar technical support role. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, user account management, laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard office applications. Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and willingness to learn Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and endpoint management tools. Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, good English proficiency, and a proactive approach to learning and following procedures. What Will Help You Thrive Familiarity with ITIL concepts or ticketing/service management systems. Basic PowerShell knowledge or interest in scripting and automation. Experience supporting users in an international environment. Interest in cybersecurity, endpoint management, compliance or cloud technologies. Willingness to learn. Team spirit. Very good knowledge of English (oral and writing skills).
