We are searching for dental assistants, and receptionists to join our team at a dynamic, family-owned dental office. Candidates must have 1. Integrity, 2. Hard-work ethic, 3. Responsibilities

- Have a 'NEVER give up' attitude when dealing with insurance
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist with medical imaging procedures and X-Rays as needed
- Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Support the dental team with four-handed dentistry techniques
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and record-keeping
- Ensure all patient records are accurately updated in the system

## Qualifications. **

CPR/BLS valid certificate is a requirement.

X-ray capture experience is preferred.

Certification in dental assisting is preferred.

- Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting as a Dental Receptionist or Assistant
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and systems is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental software for scheduling and record management is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
