What will you be doing?
- Act as a gatekeeper: Handle all communications, meetings, scheduling and correspondence for the Division President
- Coordinate retail leadership meetings: Plan quarterly meetings including all scheduling and set up, data collection and preparing of presentations
- Fleet management: Oversee Fleet Vehicle Program including coordination, vendor relationship, and bill payment
- Calendar management: Manage Division President's calendar and independently schedules appointments while outlining objectives, needed materials, and expectations
- Arrange travel plans: Manage complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for domestic and overseas travel (arranging visas, cars, hotels, meeting rooms, corporate jet use) for Division President, their direct reports, and Famous Footwear Buyer travel when accompanying the latter
- Prepare and submit all expense reports: Obtain receipts as needed and reconcile all credit card charges accurately for Division President and Famous Footwear Leadership Team
- Event planning: Support annual Sales Conference in partnership with Store Operations

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- High school required; Some college or technical school preferred
- Experience supporting an Executive at the VP level or above
- Retail experience and/or experience making travel arrangements preferred
- Strong PC skills, which includes proficiency in Outlook, Concur (or other expense program), and Microsoft Office
