Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector is a key position at Pre-Con Products. You’re at the end of the line, making sure our products meet specifications, quality standards, and are ready for delivery. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, this position works closely with the production team and yard team to inspect finished products, identify quality issues, and help ensure each product is ready for delivery. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints or design drawings, communicate clearly with production and yard team members, and follow quality standards consistently. The right person will take pride in accurate work, careful documentation, and making sure finished products meet the required specifications before they leave the plant. American Concrete Institute (ACI) certification is preferred. Candidates without current ACI certification may still be considered if they have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term skills in precast concrete quality control with a stable company that is willing to invest in the right person.
