Step into a fulfilling role supporting student success as a Paraeducator working with a Resource Specialized Program. This contract opportunity offers consistent, full-time hours in a vibrant school setting near Roseville, CA. You’ll play an integral part in the classroom environment, directly impacting students’ academic and social growth from now through June 2027.
As a Paraeducator, you’ll work primarily as a classroom aide, assisting teachers and supporting students both in-group settings and during pull-out sessions. Your expertise will make a difference for young learners—particularly those in PreK and elementary levels—ensuring a positive, inclusive experience as they navigate their educational journey.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or paraeducator, preferably in early childhood or elementary settings
- A passion for engaging and supporting young children’s learning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and other staff
- Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Confidence managing classroom routines and providing individualized attention
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily classroom activities as part of the Resource Specialized Program
- Support instructional strategies and help implement behavior management plans
- Provide individualized and small-group assistance to students during lessons and pull-outs
- Participate in planning and feedback sessions with educators
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all students
This is a full-time assignment at 30 hours per week, extending through the current and upcoming school years for lasting impact.
