Hospital Café & Catering Manager

Compass Group USA is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the hospital’s retail cafe, patient dining, physician lounges, and catering operations within a 400-bed acute care facility. You will manage daily operations, financial performance, and a six-person team, serving as a liaison between Food & Nutrition Services and hospital leadership.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare dining, strong financial acumen, and expertise in food safety and service excellence.
