Associate Counsel

Associate Counsel to join our Americas legal team in our Chicago (IL) office. The legal team reviews contracts, advises the firm on matters of legal consequence, and proactively assesses and manages the firm’s risk exposure. They also stay abreast of legal developments impacting the firm globally. What You’ll Do Support global contracting process, including: Review, revise, and negotiate client agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, software licensing agreements, data access agreements, data processing agreements, etc. Draft and manage ZS-form contracts. Respond to legal queries for client Request for Proposals (RFP/RFIs). Help to manage overall contracting processes. Provide legal support to business functions and across various client practice areas. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Law degree with strong academic background. 1-3 years of relevant work experience; international legal experience and foreign language competencies preferred. Superior oral and written communication skills. Motivation, personal initiative, and strong team/interpersonal skills. Strong analytic and problem‑solving abilities. Attention to detail and high accuracy. Time‑management skills. Flexibility to facilitate meetings with internal and external contacts globally.
