Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to lead the estimating and project management process for multi-unit residential and commercial electrical projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, managing project budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and material requirements.
• Develop accurate cost proposals, budgets, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Manage electrical projects from award through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
• Monitor project costs, track progress, and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, estimates, and bid records.
