Job Overview As a Data Center Technician, you will provide on‑demand support to our global data centers, installing hardware, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing network operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime. Monitor data center operations on‑site and remotely, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls. Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows‑based systems, performing updates, patches, and security enhancements. Document all installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and system performance, providing comprehensive reports to the remote management team. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the integrity of the data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with remote IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance data center operations and participate in planning and execution of projects.
