Director of Nursing-Oncology & InfusionWe are hiring for Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations for a growing oncology and clinical research practice. This role will oversee clinic nurses, infusion nurses, nurse navigators, referral intake staff, and schedulers while helping launch and grow a new site.Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical staff.Provide mentorship, training, and performance management for nursing teams.Support site startup, workflow development, and operational growth.Perform infusions and provide direct patient care as needed.Ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SOPs.Collaborate with clinical research, regulatory, quality, pharmacy, and operations teams.Support patient enrollment growth, referral management, and care coordination.Drive process improvements and maintain efficient clinical workflows.MUST HAVE 5+ years of oncology and infusion nursing experienceMUST HAVE 3+ years of nursing leadership/team management experienceONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy CertificationActive Pennsylvania RN LicenseBachelor's Degree in NursingInfusion therapy and vascular access (IV placement) expertiseClinical research experienceKnowledge of GCP, GDPR, and U.S./European clinical research regulationsExperience with CTMS, EHR systems, and Microsoft OfficeNurse navigation and referral management experienceProcess improvement experienceStrong coaching, communication, and organizational skillsFlexibility to support site startup activities as neededThis is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.This is a fully onsite position in Pittsburgh, PA.This position is anticipated to close on Sep 30, 2026.Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
