The organization is committed to building strong leadership teams, maintaining high standards of resident care, and creating operational excellence across its facilities.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. Strong candidates will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, support quality initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations throughout the facility.The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced healthcare environment.Location: Pittsburgh, PA Work Setting: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 USD/Annually Benefits: Healthcare Benefits, PTO, Vacation Package, 401(k), etc.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operationsAssist with oversight of nursing staff, scheduling, and workflow coordinationHelp maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulationsParticipate in survey preparedness and quality improvement initiativesSupport infection prevention and resident care programsAssist with staff education, mentoring, and performance managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencyHelp foster a positive and accountable clinical culture throughout the facilitySupport implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practicesMonitor documentation standards and assist with maintaining regulatory complianceAssist leadership with staff development, retention, and operational support initiativesQualificationsActive RN license in PennsylvaniaPrevious nursing leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care preferredStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced environmentStrong team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership approachAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadershipStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident careThe published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market.
