Job Title: Manager, Client Advisory Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager, Client Advisory Services to join our growing team in Lincolnshire, IL. This role is ideal for a CPA or accounting professional with a strong foundation in public accounting, audit, and transaction advisory. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, private equity backed companies, and complex financial transactions while partnering closely with clients to deliver strategic accounting and advisory services. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting and advisory engagements for middle market and private equity backed clients. Provide accounting support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business transactions. Advise clients on technical accounting matters, financial reporting, and transaction related issues. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable accounting standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support due diligence, purchase accounting, and post acquisition integration. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive financial and business advisory services. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and technical guidance. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, advisory, or transaction services. Strong audit background with experience managing complex client engagements. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions accounting. Experience working with private equity backed companies or private equity firms. Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Big Four or national public accounting firm experience. Experience with financial due diligence, purchase accounting, or transaction advisory services. Prior experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams. Hybrid work model based in Lincolnshire, IL.
