SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Duties
You will providing leadership and strategic direction for HSN cybersecurity, IT service management, network-system operations, and network-management efforts that sustain NIWC Pacific's core mission of Information Dominance/C4ISR.
You will develop, implement, and evaluate Intelligence Community and special program IT policies, standards, procedures, governance frameworks, and strategic plans to ensure compliance.
You will monitor emerging technologies, Federal, DoD, Intelligence Community, special program IT policy changes, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices to recommend strategic improvements and innovation initiatives.
You will be responsible for workforce planning, development, and management in accordance with Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) guidelines.
You will supervise and provide managerial direction to a staff of Cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) professionals; and you will serve as the external-customer liaison for the HSN Branch.
