Embrace the energetic atmosphere, collaborate with your team, and help ensure every meal meets our premium Real Cajun Real Fast dishes. You'll be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and supporting your team to deliver top-notch Cajun food. If you enjoy thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow GM's instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersInspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practicesRespond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism Requirements for Success:Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be changeAble to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training1 year of restaurant experienceMust complete all required Off The Hook company training programsMust be 16 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredPossess a valid driver's licenseOff The Hook is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexuality color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law. #RealCajunRealFast
