The Manager of Transactional Paraprofessional Support will lead the operations of transactional paraprofessionals in our Business and Transactions, Finance, and Real Estate departments. This newly created position will collaborate with Directors of Practice Administration and Department Chairs to establish and maintain quality operations and provide professional development of the transactional support teams. This position is hybrid and can be in our Philadelphia, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Seattle, or Washington, D.C. office. Why Join Us? Your Role As the Manager of Transactional Paraprofessional Support within our Practice Administration team, you will: Identify staffing needs, manage paraprofessionals' performance, conduct performance evaluations, and assist with budgeting and resource planning. Manage workflow to optimize efficiency and quality of work. Develop training plans and cross-train paraprofessionals. Assist in establishing and implementing strategic initiatives. Manage large-scale projects. What We're Looking For: Client Service: Anticipate and actively respond to the needs of attorneys, practice management administrators, and paraprofessionals. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Judgment and Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking, with careful attention to detail to anticipate and resolve problems. Required Experience A minimum of 10 years' experience in paraprofessional services. Prior experience supervising paralegals in a law firm environment required; prior experience supervising transactional paraprofessionals preferred. Some travel is required. The targeted salary range for this position is from $175,000 - $195,000, which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
