Schedule
Shift: 7p-7a, 36 hours per week, with call

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- Previous experience as a traveler strongly preferred
- Current nursing license
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 preferred
- Must take call shifts, 24 hours in duration

Compliance / Notes
1) Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions
2) 100-mile radius rule: Candidates must have a permanent address outside 100 miles of the facility
3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply
