Assembly WorkerOur client, a leading manufacturing organization in the HVAC industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions, dexterity to work with small parts, ability to use hand tools and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: AssemblyLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FLPay Range: $17.00-$18.80Shift: 1st 6:00AM to 2:30PM; 2nd 3:00PM to 10:30PM 3rd 11:00pm to 5:30AMWhat's the Job?Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).Use manual and power tools along with measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.Potential activities: brazing, cutting, stamping or bending sheet metal, connecting wires to electrical boxes, etc.Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.What's Needed?High School Diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturingPreferred background HVAC assembly environment.Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.Ability to use smaller hand toolsAbility to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.Strong dexterity and attention to detail.What's in it for me?Temp to perm opportunity based on performance and attendanceOvertime every other weekWeekly PayDevelopment of technical skills in assembly and quality assurance.Participation in a company committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k) Manpower
